Although he certainly will come back again
From the very first day
His soul soars away
This is the coolest place he has ever been
He has seen great cities and been lots of great places
Some one time some again and again
Historic Edinburgh
Custom-built Canberra
And wonderful wonderful Copenhagen
AnElephant loves Paris in the springtime
He once helped to make London swing
Amsterdam is real cool
Florence is a rare jewel
But San Fran just makes his heart sing
He thinks Sydney and Melbourne are bonzer
Fantastique Marseille and Geneva clearly are
He does not want to go
From San Francisco
But soon he must say au revoir
He visited the Exploratorium
He rode a cable car halfway to the stars
He saw thousands of Santas
Your fave Elephant has
Successfully escaped from Alcatraz
He ambles over that greatest of bridges
He gazes once more over the bay
The wharfs and the piers
Of the city that cheers
He leaves his heart here and goes on his way

AnElephantCant does all kinds of stuff
Wades in the Bay up to his pants cuff
We know AnElephantCant is not a cream puff
We want to see if he’s really up to snuff
Before of San Francisco he’s had about enough
We demand a pic of him swimming in the buff
