Women’s suffrage in the United States was finally achieved in 1920, less than 100 years ago, with the passing of the NineteenthAmendment to the Constitution.
And so AnElephant is concerned about what is happening to their rights in the USA today.
He was shown this video by a dear friend and, although it is far from his normal field, he feels compelled to share it.
He asks only that you take 2 minutes and 48 seconds to look at it.
It is great music and great fun, but with a serious message.

Thank you.
Hush Meems, AnElephant will take care of you, the good guys will win

I don’t normally get involved in politics (except when it comes to voting for coffee) however … WOMEN … LADIES … GIRLS … of the United States .. please, please please visit this post, and watch the video. 2 minutes and 48 seconds (3 minutes if you include pageload) is not going to take too much time out. Please, don’t just click like and carry on, please take the time to watch.

Living in the US, this woman thanks anelephant for writing this post and for caring about women’s rights. I voted early and I hope many out there are doing the same.

thank you for caring about women’s issues so much. I’m a political neutral…especially about other countries governments. They vote, they get what they voted for. Democracy. It has it’s good things&bad. Women all over the world fight for equality…it is a very important, yet complex subject…and I have intensely strong views on it…but none I wish to publically express. Hugs to you sweetheart, for caring so much.
